Research, Publication & Documentation

Research section is mainly responsible for supporting organizational decision making process by providing data on different surveys and impact assessment. It has the required experience and capability to conduct such studies as feasibility survey, baseline survey, evaluation and impact assessment of projects, etc. It becomes easier for Padakhep to take appropriate decisions following the findings of research.

Publication section is responsible to collect, preserve and document information on important activities of the organization and publish different types of publications according to its needs.

The specific objectives are to:

• Conduct impact assessment of projects and prepare project completion reports (PCR)
• Prepare and publish different types of publications like annual reports, newsletters, brochures, etc
• Collect and preserve information and news on development issues from national dailies and prepare issue-wise  books/booklets and
• Prepare and publish press release on important events/activities of Padakhep in national dailies
